The unique, 32-valve, 4-camshaft, SVT Cobra engines were hand-assembled by Ford's Special Vehicle Team (SVT), and signed by their builders. Ford recalled all 1999 SVT Cobras built at the Dearborn Assembly Assembly Plant from March 1, 1999 through July 2 to upgrade their engines to produce the advertised 320 horsepower. This car's Ford recall engine modifcations were completed, May 19, 2000.
